  • Candles are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow for 10 - 14 days for shipping. An email will be sent to you when items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email, just email us at lingerscandles@gmail.com.

  • At Lingers Candles, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that you may need to cancel your order in certain circumstances. Please review our cancellation policy below:

    • For a full refund, you may cancel your custom candle order within 24 hours of purchase.

    • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after purchase will be subject to a 50% refund.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made more than 48 hours after purchase, as the production process will have begun.

    To cancel your order, please contact us at lingerscandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will process your cancellation and issue any applicable refunds as soon as possible.
