Candles are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow for 10 - 14 days for shipping. An email will be sent to you when items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email, just email us at lingerscandles@gmail.com.

For a full refund, you may cancel your custom candle order within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after purchase will be subject to a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made more than 48 hours after purchase, as the production process will have begun.
To cancel your order, please contact us at lingerscandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will process your cancellation and issue any applicable refunds as soon as possible.
